The generous extension of the top floor extends over the entire house with a total of two staircases and an elevator that takes the resident directly to the loft. The other floors of the building are used as a medical center and thus offer an ideal haven in the center of Berlin. Intelligent constructions and openings in the roof skin create a light-flooded loft without changing the listed facade.
