Wilhelmstraße, 18586 Sellin

Conceptual presentation and feasibility study for an extended holiday apartment concept in Sellin on the island of Rügen. The model for this is the diverse pool architecture, which is taken up as a design concept and transferred to the modern age. The ground floor zone becomes a meeting place with residents, a spacious piazza leads to the commercial area, the upper floors are intended for holiday apartments.
