New construction of 5 city villas with 8 to 14 residential units each. As a result, the existing residential complex from the 1950s will be densified in terms of urban development and the street side will be closed. At the same time, the existing 5 residential blocks will be increased by one floor. Here 4 to 8 residential units were created per block. The open spaces have been restructured and redesigned.
All 88 apartments have been sold as partial ownership.
