Competition entry for the "New Ring Train Stations"Ringbahnstr., 12051 Berlin
2nd place in the invited competition (no first place was awarded). The aim was to develop the former freight station into a new urban quarter. The mix of residential and commercial use was a main goal. Furthermore, the planned development was a reaction to the distinctive topography of the area and a connection to the surrounding development was created. The two high points at both ends of the property are striking.
