Bornstedter Feld, Potsdam

Development of two properties near the Potsdam Biosphere on Bornstedter Feld. The concept theme is the “Lebensdorf - A Resort in Potsdam” with a recreation clinic and business center, as well as several types of houses for residential use or vacation rental use. A completely new neighborhood with a feel-good character was to be created.
