Moabiter Werder, 10557 Berlin

The design includes a high-rise, a sports hall and a day-care center. The high-rise offers commercial space on the basement floors and pure residential use (according to the distribution key with 2- to 5-room apartments) on the upper floors. The curtain wall developed for this divides the high-rise building into views. The double sports hall and the day care center adapt to the terrain and are therefore partially “buried”.
