Town Hall Steglitz, Schloßstraße, 12165 Berlin

Ideas competition for the Schwartz’sche Villa cultural center. The concept is the participation of several institutions (church, library, theater) to strengthen the cultural center of Steglitz, as this is put in the background by the radiance of the shopping opportunities on Schloßstraße. The Kulturforum is seen as a counterweight but also as an extension of the street.
