Invited competition from a housing cooperative. The aim was to develop a fallow area as a residential complex in the immediate vicinity of an existing residential complex. A connection with communal rooms and a coherent open space design should be created here. A commercial local supply is sought on the street side on the ground floor; rooms for the residents have been set up inside the block.
